Comparison and contrast essay between public schools and success charter schools
Education is a way of learning hence gaining knowledge and skills. This knowledge is passed on from one generation to the next and with it, one is able to tackle life’s challenges. In order for it to pass from generations to generations, schools were created and children would attend them so as to be taught. With time schools have advanced into public and charters so as to improve the quality of education. Parents are faced with the mandate of deciding what type of system suits their kids well. There are various comparisons and contrasts between these schools.

An in-depth analysis of a budget shows that fewer funds are allocated; a bulk goes to the teachers’ compensations, special Ed and transport.
The other type of learning institution with high enrolment is public school. These are primary and secondary schools in various countries/states that are overseen and funded by local tax revenue and administrated by the country’s government or government agency. They receive funds according to the daily attendance of students. The education standards in these schools are set by each state therefore must meet the testing standards dictated by the state. After approval, they are accountable for compliance with rules and regulations set by their government.
Parents should be aware of the advantages of public schools before deciding to take a child. Those with after school programs are likely to attract more students. Such programs include extra-curricular activities which are important for bonding. These schools do not discriminate against gender, race or disabilities. Additionally, teachers in such institutions including the curricular taught is certified by the responsible body. This could be government or a teacher’s organization depending on the policy of a given country.
There are various contrasts between charter and public schools. Charters are independent to choose their own methods of teaching thus boosting performance. Due to this most if not all provide a specialized curriculum. Such benefits are not
