In order to analyze my own self and apply my personality to my professional career, I took the Jung Typology Test, which is a derivative of the Myers-Briggs Personality Test. The results of this test reveal a four letter descriptor which helps pinpoint a likely definition of myself in terms of character. The four paradigms by which is test is driven include: extroversion versus introversion, sensing versus intuition, feeling versus thinking, and judging versus perceiving. There are a possible sixteen personality types. Based on the responses that I provided in the test, I prescribe to the ESFJ (Extraversion, Sensing, Feeling, Judging) description. These specific type of people “enjoy and joyfully observe traditions and are liberal in giving” (humanmetrics). Needs work Further, I am the type of person who tends to “by nature wear their hearts on their sleeves” (humanmetrics). Needs workaGood use of a reference-but check the need for a page or paragraph (if an online source) number in direct quotes. The resulting paragraphs will further delve into an analysis into each letter of my personality descriptors.

Extraversion means that I am very amiable and sociable among my coworkers and friends. Further, I am a performer for people rather it be in a social situation or performing a task at work.
