Introduction
Illnesses doesn’t have an age, it can begin as a toddler all the way to adult hood. We do not have any control over these symptoms, as we do not get to pick these illnesses. If it’s from hearing voices in your head, to having different personalities, and to always feeling down we as individuals can seek for help and hope that our family to be there for us. I chose these three illnesses for the reason that I do not know anything about these illnesses and want to become familiar with them, as they seem to be very interesting. Schizophrenia
Schizophrenia is a mental disorder, which relentlessly effects approximately 1 percent of the world’s population. This term comes from the Greek, schizo meaning “splitting” and phrenia which means “of the mind” so therefore Schizophrenia is defined as a split mind. This disorder makes it hard for the person whom has it to distinguish between what is real and what is imaginative. Reason being is that it weakens their ability to think logically, express normal emotions, and behave properly in social situations. This will have serious affects one the persons work, family, social life and on the individuals capacity to function. It is extremely draining not just for the person who has this, but on the people who care for them.
The symptoms of this disorder are separated into two parts and they are positive symptoms which is practically the feelings or behaviors that are delusional. Such as not believing the voices that are in…
