Personal Narrative Maryland Is A Beautiful Community With Great Schools
Crofton Maryland is a beautiful community with great schools and an increasing rate in population. Crofton is triangular in shape and is separated by three highways; Defense Highway, Davidsonville Road, and Crain Highway (Larossi, 2016). Crofton is about 5.02 square miles (City-data, 2016) and while there are a few businesses in Crofton, most of the land is dedicated to elementary schools, houses, and parks. Neighboring cities include Gambrills, Odenton, Bowie, and Crownsville. Many of these close cities share boarders with Crofton and are where Crofton’s citizens are employed.
Crofton is a fairly quiet community that has a lot of green space, as shown in a few of the photos above. There is Crofton Park where many families spend summer days, a calm park with trails, baseball fields, and playgrounds. There are many neighborhoods inside Crofton with many different styles of houses including town houses, colonial, and split foyer.
