In the 21st century, more and more people pay their attention to the human rights, as it is very associated with people’s daily lives. Especially for China, it has the biggest population in the world, which has reached about 1.3 billion and it accounts 1/5 of the world’s population. Therefore, if they cannot be able to have the human rights, more than 1.2 billion people cannot carry out their rights, which may bring many influences to their lives. Therefore, the proposal is aiming to explore the human rights in China, from which people can know whether the human rights in China is good enough. By making some comparisons about the human rights between China and the western countries, people can get some guidance on how to improve the human rights in China.
The human right refers to the rights and certain things that people should enjoy and master due to the identification of the human brings (Chan 1998). Everyone should be treated fairly when talking about the human rights, which is regarded as one of the universal things in the society. It includes the individual human rights and the collective human rights. For the individual human rights, it means that people should enjoy the economic, political, social, and cultural and the other aspects rights while for the collective human rights, it means the racial rights, development rights and so on.
