Animal Rights Essay examples
Do you believe that animals deserve rights? They may not talk or reason, but they do have rights. Animals surely deserve to live their lives free from suffering and exploitation. All animals suffer in the same way and to the same degree that humans do. They can feel anger, loneliness, depression, happiness, and love. Animals should have rights because; they have feelings, should be treated equally, and shouldn’t be used as objects.

Many animals get brutally hurt, experimented and captured every day. Most are kept in tight cages having to live the rest of their lives in which may result in only a couple weeks or a couple of days. If we were used as an experiment we would feel the same pain animals feel when they are injected with harmful unknown chemicals. What scientist don’t know is that animals are different then us humans, meaning they react differently to certain chemicals then we do. A rat doesn’t show the same signs as we do when we put products on ourselves. Animals are part of nature just like us. They should not be ours to use for entertainment, experimenting, or for our own cruel pleasures. They are not objects for us to play around with. They have beating hearts just like us humans, they have feelings that can be hurt we may not notice it but we should at least acknowledge the fact that they are alive. Killing an animal is like killing a person. Most people don’t care because animals are nothing compared to them, what they don’t get is that a cat or that dog has a family to take care of.
I think that animal's should have similar rights that people have because they too feel pain and experience emotions and just because they look different doesn’t mean
